Located in the heart of Beirut, in Al Nahar Building, It has a grand total area of 320 sqm approximately, of which 170 sqm will be dedicated solely to Karam law offices, the remaining area will have same the design intent allowing the owner of the property to eventually connect the 2 spaces if needed in the future.

All the interior design trades were developped in coordination with the team of engineering appointed separately by the client, and maintained all coordination, execution follow up till project delivery to ensure the client's needs and requriements were fulfilled.
