Flat 3 - Park Street (Phase 2)

The second phase of the project focused on repositioning the apartment for the rental market through a comprehensive refresh of the interiors and the procurement of both hard and soft furnishings. The objective was to deliver a fully furnished, market-ready residence tailored to attract prospective tenants while maximising the property's rental appeal.

The design approach embraced an entry- to mid-level luxury aesthetic, combining contemporary finishes, functional layouts, and carefully curated furnishings to create a welcoming, stylish, and commercially competitive living environment.
