Marea C12

Block C – Chalet 12 is located within the Marea development in Batroun, positioned on the second row of the four-row seafront community. Situated at the end of the row, the chalet benefits from a dedicated private access serving all three levels, enhancing privacy and exclusivity.

The basement level comprises a maid’s room, storage and laundry areas, a fully equipped main kitchen, and a guest bedroom with independent access. The level offers approximately 92 m² of internal space and is complemented by a 17.5 m² private garden exclusively accessible from the guest suite. The ground floor (approximately 93 m²) is dedicated to the main living areas and includes a kitchenette serving two interconnected living spaces, a dining area, and direct access to the expansive outdoor garden and pool area of approximately 198.5 m², creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The first floor (approximately 69 m²) accommodates the private sleeping quarters, comprising a master suite with dressing area and en-suite bathroom, alongside an additional bedroom with its own private bathroom.

The design proposal evolved from the original concept to better align with the client's lifestyle and spatial requirements. Key enhancements included a substantial expansion of the basement level, increasing the internal area from approximately 65 m² to 92 m², and a reconfiguration of the ground floor layout by removing the initially proposed guest bedroom to create a more generous and open reception and living area. The first-floor layout was retained in line with the original design intent.
